As an Excavator Operator, you’ll play a critical role in helping homeowners solve some of their biggest plumbing and sewer challenges. Requirements

Operator/Excavator: 3 years AND 600 hours of excavator and skid loader operating experience (Required)
Driver's License with C Class (Required)
High school or equivalent (Required)
Ability to lift, carry, and work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve

Nice To Haves

Residential sewer and drain experience preferred

Responsibilities

Sewer line replacements
Water service replacements
Installation of cleanouts
Operating and maintaining sewer and excavation equipment
Working alongside experienced team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Communicating with customers throughout the project
Maintaining a clean, organized truck, tools, equipment and job site
Completing job documentation and photos using company technology
Delivering an exceptional 5-star customer experience
Experience driving, maintaining, hauling & dumping medium duty dump trucks.
Can demonstrate ability to recognize utility location colors.
Understands payload tolerances.
Can perform basic vehicle maintenance and has strong mechanic tendencies.
Should be able to function as part of a service team, able to help as laborer to plumbing, sewer and drain install teams when not excavating.
