About The Position

This role involves operating long reach excavator equipment to perform excavation, dredging, and material handling tasks. The operator will execute precise digging and placement activities in accordance with site plans and safety standards, conduct pre- and post-operation inspections, collaborate with site teams, and maintain accurate records while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate long reach excavator equipment with precision and control.
• Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, grades, and operational instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude to identify basic equipment issues and perform minor maintenance.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate long reach excavator equipment to perform excavation, dredging, and material handling tasks.
• Execute precise digging and placement activities in accordance with site plans and safety standards.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Collaborate with site teams to support efficient workflow and production goals.
