Excavation Crew Member – Be a Part of the Dig Team at Metro! Ready to work hard, learn fast, and build something real? At Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air, we’re growing our Excavation Crew and looking for driven individuals who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. This isn’t just a job — it’s a path. You’ll work alongside experienced operators, learn the ropes, and grow your skills in trenching, hauling, demo, and underground utility work.
Requirements
- A strong back and a stronger work ethic

- Team-player attitude and reliability
Nice To Haves
- CDL or desire to earn one a big plus
- Previous construction, landscape, or utility work? Even better.
Responsibilities
- Assist with digging, raking, shoveling, and site cleanup
- Load/unload equipment and tools
- Haul trailers and drive dump trucks (Class B CDL preferred, but not required to start)
- Learn from the best in the business
- Be dependable, on time, and ready to work hard
