Overview The EWS Program Manager serves as the end‑to‑end owner of the Extended Workforce Solutions (EWS) vendor onboarding program, established in response to rapid program growth. This role is responsible for building a scalable, consistent, data‑driven onboarding model that accelerates vendor readiness, reduces internal friction, and improves conversion to direct HireRight buyers. Functioning as a hybrid role, it blends program‑level ownership with project management support as needed, ensuring readiness at scale while stepping in to manage complex sponsor onboarding during lower‑volume periods.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management, project management, onboarding, or enablement experience.
  • Proven ability to create training content, playbooks, enablement materials, and repeatable processes.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially for group sessions.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and reporting on program metrics.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or scaling self-serve onboarding programs strongly preferred.
  • Industry experience with background screening, compliance, or vendor ecosystems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single owner of the EWS onboarding program across all vendors, regions, and stakeholders.
  • Redesign, document, standardize, and continuously improve the vendor onboarding journey.
  • Own all onboarding materials: documentation, guides, templates, training content, and process maps.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes that support large-volume vendor growth.
  • Coordinate all onboarding-related changes with Sales, AM, CS, Credentialing, Compliance, Product, and RevOps.
  • Deliver recurring group-based onboarding sessions for vendors.
  • Create or update training assets, enablement materials, and self-service content.
  • Ensure onboarding communication is clear, consistent, and tailored to vendor needs.
  • Act as the central triage point for all onboarding-related issues.
  • Ensure stakeholder responsibilities are clearly defined, documented, and followed.
  • Improve clarity of handoffs across Sales, AM, CS, Credentialing, and Compliance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for blockers impacting vendor readiness.
  • Define and track onboarding KPIs, including time-to-ready and vendor drop-off points.
  • Partner with Product and RevOps to build dashboards and reporting models.
  • Use data and frontline insights to drive continuous improvements.
  • Support sponsor implementations when onboarding volume is low.
  • Apply PM discipline to strategic or complex onboarding initiatives.
