About The Position

MTSI is seeking candidates with operational experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. The EW Test Engineer will support the test and analysis of electronic warfare systems, participate in and monitor the execution of Developmental Test (DT) and Operational Test (OT) missions, process and evaluate mission data, report results, and provide feedback to the customer. The role requires on-site work and the ability and willingness to work in a remote environment with a highly motivated team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Program or Test Management experience.
• Clear understanding of flight-test principles and discipline.
• Willingness and ability to learn electronic warfare and survivability testing and analysis concepts, principles, and practices.
• Willingness and ability to learn about ground radar systems.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, software, and current modeling tools.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Able to work on-site; approximately 10% travel may be required, and non-traditional work hours may be required for exercise execution events.

Nice To Haves

• Prior knowledge or experience in electronic warfare and survivability testing and analysis.
• Previous experience as an aircrew member, such as Pilot, EWO, or NAV.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Technical degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage test-event programs by communicating customer requirements, developing test scenarios, authoring test plans, scheduling resources, executing events, and writing test reports.
• Review EW systems, subsystems, and components to ensure appropriate test documentation and data-collection requirements are developed.
• Organize and lead ground and flight tests, including distributing materials, mission briefings, execution, and debriefing.
• Provide Test Director and EW support for design and readiness reviews, test-planning working groups, test documentation, and test execution.
• Participate in and monitor DT and OT mission execution; process, analyze, and evaluate mission data; report results and provide customer feedback.
