About The Position

As the technical lead for a portable Electronic Warfare (EW) and Cyber hardware platform, you will guide a multi-disciplinary team to design and develop the core software architecture that empowers end users to deploy advanced RF capabilities in support of mission objectives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience performing systems design and development
  • Experience leading technical teams using Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with containerized solutions
  • Experience with embedded hardware systems
  • Experience with Git version control
  • Knowledge of digital RF concepts and components of a Software Defined Radio (SDR)
  • Knowledge of Linux distributions, including RedHat or Rocky Linux
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with digital RF sampling, modulations, error correction, or compression
  • Experience with AI Code Generation
  • Experience with EW and Cyber operations or tool development
  • Knowledge of the CMOSS, VICTORY, and MORA standards
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
