About The Position

The Housekeeping Staff maintains cleanliness on the Rock & Brews Casino floor and in all restrooms, helping ensure a clean, high-quality environment for guests. Staff check with a supervisor or lead for their assigned area and gather necessary supplies before starting their shift. They maintain their assigned area, including emptying ash trays, wiping machines, pushing in chairs, and regularly taking out trash. They also maintain clean, well-stocked restrooms and complete restroom log sheets. Team members assist one another as needed, comply with uniform requirements, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing KGI. They must follow applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Duties may extend beyond normal responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Pass background and drug screening in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license; Medical Marijuana cards are accepted.
• Be flexible to work any shift as needed or assigned, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds, bend, stoop, walk, and stand.

Responsibilities

• Check with a supervisor or lead for the assigned area.
• Gather necessary supplies before starting the shift.
• Maintain the assigned area by emptying ash trays, wiping machines, pushing in chairs, and regularly taking out trash.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked restrooms and sign off on log sheets.
• Assist fellow team members when needed.
• Follow uniform requirements and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing KGI.
• Follow applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed.
