Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• 6 months experience in housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of environmental service duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly, sanitary and safe condition.
• Completes assignment in a timely manner and in accordance with Department Policies and Procedures
• Understands and adheres to all Safety Policies and Procedures
• Maintains assigned duties in a clean, sanitary and secure manner
• Ensures all assigned areas including, but not limited to, lounges, rest rooms, exam rooms, offices, etc., have adequate disposable supplies
• Adheres to all Medical Center and Departmental Policies and Procedures
• Assures equipment is in operating order prior to use
• Uses vacuum cleaner in accordance with manufacturer's operating instructions.
