The Environmental Services Tech role at St. Alexius Medical Center is essential for maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming environment in patient care areas and the entire facility, promoting a safe and attractive space for patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and complete written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to measure chemicals.
- Ability to drive riding equipment.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in cleaning and disinfecting of patient care areas.
Responsibilities
- Flawlessly clean and disinfect patient care and non-patient areas, following established procedures and using the right tools for the job.
- Uphold rigorous hygiene standards to keep our medical center safe and healthy.
- Ensure bathrooms are stocked, waste is removed, and equipment is properly cared for.
- Be ready to act swiftly during emergencies or critical situations.
- Report any mechanical failures or unsafe conditions to keep everyone protected.
- Help us deliver exceptional care by maintaining an impeccable environment.
