About The Position

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa, located at Woodstork and Temple Terrace, is opening in February 2025. Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology. The Environmental Services Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all areas of the facility.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred in a health care setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, mops, and sanitizes resident rooms, toilets, and baths.
• Cleans windows, windowsills, window treatments, walls, and furniture.
• Performs special cleaning of rooms, disinfects walls, floors and furnishings.
• Cleans nursing stations, halls, lobbies, treatment rooms, recreation areas, lounges, and dining areas.
