About The Position

Responsible for the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings. This includes cleaning and maintaining all assigned areas within the physical building structure, casino floor space, public areas and utility systems. The role involves moving heavy furniture and equipment, restocking supplies, cleaning floors, and monitoring building security and safety. The position requires promoting excellent guest service and notifying managers of needed repairs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience cleaning machines like buffers, strippers, commercial extractors, and others.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with personal computers, cleaning equipment, and sanitation systems.
Ability to use equipment and supplies as required to ensure cleanliness, including climbing and working on ladders.
Competence to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to read and write daily zone paperwork.
Must pass a background check.
Must pass a drug-screening test.
Must obtain a gaming license.

Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to uniform requirements.
Clean and maintain all assigned areas within the physical building structure, casino floor space, public areas, and utility systems.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures, dust walls, machines, and equipment, including high dusting, high windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, manually and/or using hand trucks.
Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming, including stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing floors, steam-cleaning or shampooing carpets, and preparing cleaning solutions.
Inform supervisor when supplies and equipment are needed.
Promote excellent guest service and comply with the Eye Hi Goodbye program.
Monitor building security and safety, including locking doors and checking electrical appliance use.
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Work effectively with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.
Maintain regular attendance.
