About The Position

This is a full-time position focused on maintaining and replenishing supplies, assisting with setup for events, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in food and beverage service areas. The role involves promoting positive guest and employee relations and adhering to all company policies and safety regulations. The job description may be updated with additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Ability to maintain and replenish all beverages, ice, and supplies at service areas.
Ability to maintain and replenish all beverage supplies.
Ability to assist with inventory control by alerting supervisor or individual responsible for ordering, when supplies are low.
Ability to remove and dispose of all trash in all food and beverage service and storage areas.
Ability to clean and empty bus stand regularly.
Ability to transport all dirty china, glassware, flatware, and other service utensils to the dish room.
Ability to scrape, rack, stack and wash all china, flatware, glassware and utensils according to company standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Ability to clean and sanitize workstations.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of coolers and dry storage areas.
Ability to assist with the set-up of banquets, buffets and private functions.
Ability to promote positive guest and employee relations.
Ability to comply with all Internal Controls, Company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities
