About The Position

The EVS Attendant will perform all necessary duties to clean and maintain all facilities, including restrooms, offices, and break areas. This role involves disposing of debris, emptying trash, refilling dispensers, inspecting and cleaning restrooms, and carpet care. The attendant will also assist with the drop and notify the EVS Supervisor of low supplies. Attendance and certification in applicable training programs are required, along with any other assigned departmental duties.

Requirements

• The minimum age requirement is twenty-one (21).
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Basic knowledge of the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Understanding of health and safety codes, including knowledge of hazardous materials.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through Eagle Mountain Casino’s insurance carrier.
• Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.
• Able to stand for the entire shift, walk, sit, talk, and hear.
• Repeatedly reach with hands, arms and use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all facilities, including but not limited to; restrooms, offices, and break areas.
• Dispose of any debris and empty all trash cans during shift.
• Refill all dispensers as needed.
• Inspect restrooms periodically, and clean as needed.
• Vacuum, sweep, and spot clean carpets as needed.
• Assist with the drop.
• Notify the EVS Supervisor when supplies are low.
• Attend and be certified in all applicable training programs required.
• Perform all other departmental duties as assigned.
