Responsible for maintaining the clean and orderly condition of assigned areas in the Casino and offices as well as other facilities owned by CEDA and the Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians. The team member is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member is occasionally required to climb or balance. The team member is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the team member regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to risk of electrical shock. The team member is regularly exposed to risk of exposure to cleaning chemicals used in the maintenance of the property and is required to work in a smoke filled environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor, the team member will be exposed to a smoke-filled environment.
