The Creative capability at Jellyfish combines deep understanding with tech, media, creativity, and data expertise, embedding Gen AI to create, adapt, connect, and optimize award-winning content at scale for global brands. AI Studios is where creative talent leverages Jellyfish's experience in content, production, transcreation, and localization, generating content at scale. The Creative Collective focuses on human-generated social creative with cultural relevance. This is a hybrid role based in the NYC office, with a salary range of $285,000-$325,000 USD annually.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing operations (and or staffing model) experience in an Agency or Client environment
  • Knowledge and Background to inform on the best-in-class creative operations and staffing models
  • Experience with global clients and business, and working across onshore and offshore teams
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
  • Working knowledge of how agencies function and how decisions are made.
  • Understanding of the agency campaign process, from planning and creative through to production and localization.
  • Working knowledge and passion for marketing technologies including knowledge of the implementation of AI platforms
  • Understanding of fiscal accountability, including budget management, scope management, forecasting, negotiations, resourcing, and reconciliation.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, energetic, proactive, independent, and responsive to feedback.
  • Ability to assess existing processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
  • Effective business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
  • Understands clients challenges within a larger business context and is able to engage them on issues and opportunities well outside the current scope
  • An exceptional communicator, able to move a crowd as well as produce compelling written proposals and presentations.
  • Highly experienced in the delivery of global marketing communications
  • The individual will have experience navigating a matrixed organization and can work to bring scale and excellence.
  • Ability to work across global time zones.
  • Global travel is required.
  • Solid commercial acumen, with a demonstrated background in business development and contribution to client growth.
  • Strong relationships with US-based intermediaries and being able to attend production events such as Procurecon and ANA’s to confidently showcase production at scale and localization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior lead for all the US JFC Resources across offices in New York, LA, San Francisco, Baltimore and. Chicago.
  • Manage key aspects of client engagements including the delivery of services through creative and production teams
  • Partner with creative leads (primarily the Global ECD) to support the creation of award-winning work - ensuring the best creative resource and strategic, operational decisions to make this possible.
  • Ensure flawless delivery against defined SOW KPIs & success measures in partnership with the JFC Leadership team.
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight to global practice leads (Operations, Finance, TA) working with the US CFO and Global Resource Management team to act as the primary point of escalation internally and for the complex matrix client org.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and provide client service reviews with agency leadership stakeholders proving quality, consistency & innovation
  • Ensure continuous service to our clients, deploying robust programs of recruiting and retention at scale. Proactively handling attrition or service delivery issues; with quick resolution and a high sense of urgency
  • Work with client management teams to set a vision against Client Growth Plans, with specific and measurable opportunities mapped out, deploying resources intelligently and profitably across geographies and disciplines.
  • Look to create solutions that deliver against a fixed scope of work, but also build our ability to deliver flexible solutions, allowing us to adapt to solve our client’s challenge
