The Evidence & Impact Analyst - Fall Prevention will lead literature/evidence review, synthesis, identification of knowledge gaps, and contribute to economic evaluation of effective falls prevention strategies for a general population of older adults in British Columbia. This includes conducting systematic searches of library databases, hand searches, citation chaining, grey literature search, expert consultations, cost-effectiveness and cost-utility analyses, return on investment (ROI) calculations, and implementation cost assessments to inform clinical practice, health authority decision-making, and provincial policy. The position contributes directly to advancing a community-based evidence-based falls prevention provincial plan that is of economic value and sustainable.
