About The Position

Make Every Event a Little Sweeter! We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and outgoing Events Team Members to help bring the Nothing Bundt Cakes experience to life at events throughout our communities! Our Events Team supports events across all five of our bakery locations (Ardmore, Springfield, Collegeville, King of Prussia & Warrington) , as well as off-site community and promotional events. Some events will be indoors, while others will be outdoors, so flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are important.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers and the community.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and take direction when needed.
• Flexible and willing to adjust your schedule based on event needs.
• Available to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with clean driving record.
• Willing and able to drive to all five bakery locations and event sites when needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with being in photos and social media postings of events.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, transportation, and cleanup.
• Help transport cakes, products, displays, supplies, and other event materials.
• Interact with guests and customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with product sampling, promotions, sales, and other event activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, bakery leadership, and fellow Events Team Members.
• Travel to different bakery locations and off-site events as needed.
• Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and in a variety of event environments.
• Take initiative and help wherever needed to ensure a successful event.
