About The Position

The Events Team Member provides the first point of contact for guests at Paradise Coast Sports Complex and delivers excellent guest service. The role requires knowledge of the facility’s programs and offerings and includes guest services, event support, facility upkeep, and related operational tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service and cash-handling experience, or ability to learn quickly.
• A basic understanding of sports.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Provide courteous, friendly, first-class service to guests.
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins, and other programs.
• Understand facility program formats, pricing, and meeting dates and times.
• Operate multi-line phones.
• Record and file waivers and event information.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and Team Member information.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints or direct them to the appropriate Manager.
• Know and enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Operate the cash register and ticket software.
• Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as directed by management.
• Assist with multipurpose field layout and painting as needed.
• Perform janitorial and general maintenance duties.
• Set up and tear down events and equipment.
• Support event ticket and wristband concessions.
