About The Position

The Boston Symphony Orchestra is seeking driven individuals to join the Event Services team at Tanglewood (Lenox, MA) as seasonal Event Set Up Assistants. This role involves the set up and breakdown of all events on Tanglewood Grounds, including dining service, galas, weddings, backstage catering, private parties, internal events, yoga on the lawn, and other various activities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Detail oriented person with ability to lift heavy objects of 50-100 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Weekends and some overtime required.
• Driver license needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up/breakdown of all events on Tanglewood Grounds.
• Event set ups include dining service, galas, weddings, backstage catering, private parties, internal events, yoga on the lawn and other various activities.
