Apple's Conference + Event Services team serves as a heartbeat of connection, keeping the company united through best-in-class meetings, events, and productions. Our team manages and operates Campus Conference Center spaces, including conference rooms, premiere event spaces, and various indoor and outdoor event and multi-function spaces. We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in complexity, excels at connecting strategy to execution, and is passionate about improvement to join our team as an Events Program Manager to build and lead the Events program in our Culver City Campus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of event and project management experience in fast, dynamic, customer-facing environments
  • Experience managing the full event lifecycle, from strategic planning and budgeting to onsite execution and real-time problem solving
  • Track record of sourcing, negotiating with, and managing external vendors
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to define scope and drive alignment
  • Ability to adapt quickly, reprioritize under pressure, and communicate effectively through changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic development and growth of Apple’s Events program, driving the vision, operational frameworks, and standards that define best-in-class experiences.
  • Lead parallel and independent work streams by establishing clear expectations and timelines for both customers and cross-functional partners.
  • Provide high-touch customer service, maintain consistent and efficient communication across all channels, and navigate ambiguity to deliver cost-effective, operationally efficient outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold Apple’s high creative standards, ensuring every event reflects exceptional attention to detail and design excellence.
