The Coordinator, Events & Partnerships plays an important role in bringing Fremont Street Experience events and experiences to life. This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of concerts, special events, partner activations, filming requests, custom celebrations, and partnership initiatives. As a key member of the Events & Partnerships team, this role manages day-to-day event logistics, production schedules, administrative operations, and partnership support to help deliver successful programs and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about live entertainment, events, and creating exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight hours based on event schedules, filming requirements, and operational needs.
