About The Position

B&F Contracting is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Events & Outreach Coordinator to support company events, outreach initiatives, employee engagement, and branding efforts. This role helps coordinate internal and external events, supports university and community partnerships, and assists with social media content that highlights company culture and involvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, outreach, marketing support, HR support, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and details
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Ability to travel for trade shows, outreach activities, recruiting events, and company functions as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating social media content

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate company events, trade shows, community outreach activities, recruiting events, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage event logistics including registrations, schedules, materials, travel arrangements, and setup
  • Support relationships with universities, technical schools, training programs, and community organizations
  • Assist with internship-related events, campus visits, and outreach activities
  • Gather event photos and content for social media, company communications, and employer branding
  • Maintain event calendars, records, registrations, and related documentation
