About The Position

We are seeking a Short-Term Program Employee to serve as an Events & Ministry Coordinator, providing offsite support across multiple communities in the [City] area. This role ensures continuity, program excellence, and resident engagement while a long-term coordinator is identified. The position supports multiple programs simultaneously, requiring strong organization, flexibility, and the ability to manage varying schedules. While this role includes both event execution and ministry presence, candidates are expected to already understand and operate within the organization’s spiritual and operational expectations.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

Oversee approximately 6–8 programs at a time across multiple locations
Plan and execute program logistics, including scheduling, communication, and on-site coordination
Ensure programs are organized, well-attended, and aligned with organizational standards
Track participation, provide basic reporting, and communicate updates to internal teams
Proactively solve problems and adapt to ensure smooth program delivery
Build relationships with residents, volunteers, and community partners
Engage in spiritual conversations and invite residents to ministry opportunities
Foster a welcoming, relational environment within each program
Manage about ~6–8 programs, adjusted for complexity and travel
Use hours efficiently to support assigned programs
