About The Position
Southern Showers is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our growing marketing team as a Marketing Representative this Summer. As an Events Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our brand at fairs, connecting with homeowners, sharing our story, and creating excitement about our home improvement services. This role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Outgoing, people-first attitude—love talking and connecting!
- Gritty, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Strong communicator with great listening skills
- Reliable transportation and availability for evenings/weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, events, retail, or promotions is a bonus—but not required!
Responsibilities
- Manage promotional booths at high-traffic Fairs like the State Fair!
- Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional way
- Educate homeowners about our services—no selling, just sparking interest!
- Collect accurate homeowner information for follow-up
- Keep your booth energetic, organized, and fun
- Be part of a motivated, supportive team that loves to win together
