Weâre looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of BETAâs external eventsâthink Farnborough Airshow, industry conferences, customer engagements, aircraft showcases, and high-visibility activations with stakeholders across our industry. This role sits within the BETA Commercial team and ensures that complex events run smoothly from start to finish through meticulous logistics management, vendor coordination, on-site operations, and cross-functional communication. This role is based in South Burlington, Vermont, with travel. BETAâs presence at industry shows is a crucial driver of brand perception, customer confidence, and investor visibility.
