About The Position

Nations Roof is seeking a highly organized and driven Events & Field Marketing Specialist to support national trade shows, customer events, and regional field marketing initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for executing customer-facing marketing programs that strengthen brand visibility, support sales engagement, and contribute to pipeline growth across key markets and industries. The Events & Field Marketing Specialist will manage multiple projects simultaneously while working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, National Accounts, and Business Units to ensure events and marketing initiatives are executed professionally, efficiently, and consistently with the Nations Roof brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, and enjoys building organized, high-impact experiences that support business growth and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, trade shows, or B2B marketing program execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while managing projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting customer-facing events, sponsorships, or regional marketing programs preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms preferred (HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and recommend event, sponsorship, and regional marketing opportunities aligned with target audiences and business priorities
  • Manage and execute assigned trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and customer events from planning through post-event follow-up
  • Oversee event timelines, deliverables, vendor coordination, booth materials, shipping, and on-site logistics
  • Coordinate customer dinners, networking events, lunch-and-learns, and regional marketing activations as needed
  • Ensure events are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards and brand guidelines
  • Manage event registration processes, staffing coordination, travel logistics, and communication with participating teams
  • Maintain organized event documentation, schedules, vendor records, and asset inventories
  • Execute regional field marketing initiatives aligned with sales priorities and business unit goals
  • Partner with sales teams to support customer engagement efforts, regional outreach, and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate deployment of branded collateral, promotional materials, signage, and event assets across business units
  • Help identify opportunities to increase Nations Roof visibility within target industries, associations, and regional markets
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and brand presentation across all field marketing activities
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, National Accounts, and Business Unit leadership to align event and field marketing activities with business objectives
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors, venues, printers, and production partners to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain clear communication across stakeholders regarding timelines, deliverables, event requirements, and follow-up activities
  • Support alignment between marketing campaigns, event initiatives, and sales outreach efforts
  • Implement and maintain standardized lead capture and post-event follow-up processes
  • Ensure leads are accurately documented, categorized, and distributed within CRM systems
  • Support timely follow-up coordination between marketing and sales teams
  • Assist with event-related customer communications and sales enablement materials
  • Maintain organized reporting and documentation related to event participation and engagement
  • Track event and field marketing performance metrics including attendance, engagement, leads generated, meetings conducted, and pipeline influence
  • Prepare post-event summaries with key outcomes, observations, and recommendations for future improvements
  • Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance execution, engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Manage assigned event and field marketing budgets and monitor expenses against approved allocations
  • Coordinate vendor contracts, invoices, and payment processing
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency while maintaining quality and brand standards
