About The Position

16VC is a founder-first venture platform operating across venture capital, founder fellowships, and venture studio initiatives. We host curated founder sessions, demo days, networking events, and accelerator programs across global startup hubs. We are hiring an Events Coordinator to manage execution across fellowship cohorts and ecosystem gatherings. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing: Founder Fellowship sessions, Demo Days, Investor roundtables, Community meetups, and Studio workshops. This is an execution-heavy role with high ownership.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years experience in event coordination
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Comfortable working across time zones
  • Able to manage last-minute changes calmly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in startup / tech / VC ecosystem preferred
  • Managed Demo Days or startup pitch events
  • Existing network in startup ecosystems
  • Experience working with investors

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute fellowship events (hybrid & onsite)
  • Coordinate venue bookings (e.g., coworking spaces)
  • Manage speaker & mentor logistics
  • Oversee event timelines & run-of-show
  • Handle attendee communication
  • Manage registrations & check-ins
  • Coordinate vendors (AV, catering, branding)
  • Track event budgets
  • Collect post-event feedback & metrics
