About The Position

Peninsula Golf and Country Club is seeking a driven, part-time Events Coordinator to organize and promote children's activities this summer. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with diverse staff, parents, and employees
• Ability to implement and supervise a positive, creative, and entertaining environment while incorporating youth enrichment programming
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to be a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct children's activities
• Work birthdays, holiday parties, and special events
• Produce communication materials
• Develop unique, creative, and innovative programs and events
• Participate in and lead high-energy physical activities, often with multiple children at once
• Lift, carry, and transport materials including large panels, bins, and furniture
