About The Position

Unbridled is looking for a talented individual to manage attendee registration and provide support to Program Managers for assigned meetings. The qualified Events Coordinator should have excellent communication (both written and oral) and internal and external customer service skills. The individual should be self-motivated, committed, and a dedicated team player. Strong organizational and time management skills combined with flexibility and the ability to adjust priorities are required for success in this position. Requirements

  • 1 - 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment, hospitality industry, or event planning role or internship
  • Proficiency and knowledge with registration software such as Cvent preferred but not required
  • Excellent Computer Skills – Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Detail-oriented and enjoys problem solving
  • Effective, professional business communication skills – written, spoken, and presentation
  • Comfort level and required professionalism to work directly with client contacts during all phases of the planning and execution of their meetings
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Quick learner, organized, and ability to apply new concepts to future tasks
  • Ability to travel to client programs and confidently represent Unbridled and our clients

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on pre-planning, reporting, and logistics details
  • Communicate professionally with attendees (email, phone, in-person)
  • Program registration and housing management
  • Test and manage after launch, program websites utilizing registration software (Cvent)
  • Create and provide attendee reports for Account and Program Managers and clients
  • Crosscheck and quality control of hotel rooming lists and air manifests pre-and post-event
  • Communicate directly with attendees (email, phone, in person)
  • Accurately review and adhere to hotel contract terms
  • Manage communication and accurate reports with Hotel Housing Coordinator
  • Provide accurate program reconciliations
  • Data management and reporting
  • Crosscheck and quality control of air manifests pre-and post-event
  • Provide outstanding client service always, even under stress
  • Proofread emails, websites, and spreadsheets on a regular basis
  • Travel onsite to execute attendee management and housing needs
