Our mission is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath solutions—enriching the lives of those we serve. We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator for the Mechanicsburg, PA market and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with event vendors
- Plan and maintain a yearly calendar of events and shows
- Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators
- Schedule staff for events and ensure proper coverage
- Coordinate booth setup and teardown
- Generate leads by setting appointments for free in-home consultations
- Collect contest entries at events
- Follow up with leads to schedule consultations
- Track, measure, and report event performance and results
