Requirements

Post secondary Education
Minimum 2-3 years sales/customer service experience
Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Proven ability to multi task
Strong math skills
Proven experience building business relationships
Strong problem solving & organizational skills
Effective oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Sound knowledge of wines would be an asset

Responsibilities

Assisting in daily operations in both retail where required and event spaces to ensure maximum customer service balancing fiscal requirements
Overseeing setup, execution, & closing of events
Custom designed menus/maps & signage to work within the brand imaging
Assist with the execution of monthly themed, daily executed public food and wine pairing to ensure profitability
Assisting with billing & accounts receivables for internal & private events
Responsible for all non-retail inventory working within par stock provided
Any other duties assigned by estate managers
