About The Position

The Events & Community Relations Coordinator supports Pinkbox Doughnuts and Siegel Cares through event coordination, community outreach, customer engagement, and administrative support. This is a highly visible, customer-facing position that serves as a direct representative of our brands at events, community initiatives, corporate functions, and high-profile activations. The Coordinator will regularly interact with customers, nonprofit partners, corporate partners, community leaders, elected officials, dignitaries, executives, VIP guests, and other key stakeholders. Because of this visibility, exceptional customer service, professionalism, communication, and brand representation are essential to this role. This position actively coordinates and works onsite at Pinkbox Doughnuts and Siegel Cares events, including Doughnut Truck events, Community Table events, Allegiant Stadium/Kiosk events, promotional activations, charitable initiatives, resource events, and community partnerships. The ideal candidate is polished, energetic, dependable, highly organized, team-oriented, and comfortable representing the company in both everyday customer interactions and high-profile environments.

  • Valid Health Card and TAM Card, or ability to obtain required credentials.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening for Allegiant Stadium/NFL event access.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, community outreach, marketing, public relations, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable representative of Pinkbox Doughnuts, Siegel Cares, and affiliated company brands.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every event, activation, and community engagement.
  • Professionally engage with customers, elected officials, dignitaries, VIP guests, executives, community leaders, nonprofit organizations, corporate partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a polished, positive, and professional demeanor while representing the company, regardless of the event environment or level of activity.
  • Understand that appearance, communication, conduct, and customer interactions directly reflect the company and its brands.
  • Proactively address guest needs and concerns while maintaining company service standards.
  • Help create memorable experiences that strengthen customer loyalty, community relationships, and the overall reputation of our brands.
  • Coordinate and actively work Pinkbox Doughnuts events, including: Doughnut Truck events, Community Table events, Allegiant Stadium/Kiosk events, Corporate and VIP events, Promotional activations, Community events and charitable initiatives.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, scheduling, transportation, inventory, and event preparation.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and partners before, during, and after events.
  • Support event sales through outreach, partnerships, repeat business, and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Prepare and organize event paperwork, event details, and post-event summaries.
  • Monitor event inventory, supplies, expenses, and sales reporting as assigned.
  • Ensure events meet company branding, presentation, operational, customer service, and food safety standards.
  • Identify and communicate onsite concerns quickly and professionally to leadership.
  • Support Siegel Cares community outreach programs and resident engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with volunteer opportunities, donation drives, appreciation events, resource fairs, charitable programs, and community events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local nonprofit organizations, schools, community partners, vendors, and community leaders.
  • Work community events, resource fairs, and vendor table activations.
  • Assist with identifying new nonprofit partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and community collaborations.
  • Support Siegel Cares Resource Room programs and activities.
  • Travel locally and out of state as needed to support community events and outreach initiatives.
  • Perform administrative duties related to event planning, scheduling, customer communication, outreach, and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of event bookings, customer interactions, outreach contacts, and community partnerships.
  • Assist with event calendars, schedules, follow-up communication, reporting, and internal coordination.
  • Help identify new event, partnership, sales, and community engagement opportunities.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with customers, partners, leadership, and internal teams.
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in all written, verbal, and in-person communication.
