This role shapes how GAMS shows up in the city through gatherings that catalyze meaningful relationships among pastors, practitioners, and ministry leaders, and through communications that tell the story of what God is doing across the Austin metro. The ideal candidate brings organizational skill, creative instinct, and a genuine heart for the mission, with a deep love for Jesus and alignment with GAMS's vision, mission, values, and theological convictions.

  • Comfort managing multiple platforms and workflows simultaneously.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to collaborate across a lean, early-stage team.
  • Capacity to serve with both relational warmth and operational follow-through.

  • Support the communications dimensions of key publications such as the State of the City report.
  • Assist in drafting partner-facing correspondence and donor updates in collaboration with GAMS leadership.
  • Maintain a consistent organizational voice across all external communications.
  • Serve as a translator between volunteer technical teams and ministry leaders.
  • Help shape collaborative projects that integrate data and discernment for kingdom purposes.
