At Elite Sports Clubs, we bring people together through fitness, sports, and fun across four Milwaukee-area locations. Our clubs are built around connection—where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best. We are seeking an Events & Club Operations Assistant to support both special events and daily club operations. This position will assist with event setup, support, and teardown, while also helping with cleaning, organization, and light maintenance throughout the club.

Requirements

Flexible availability, including weekday evenings and weekends.
Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Able to stand, bend, lift, push, and remain active for extended periods
Ability to travel around the Milwaukee area including Northshore and Brookfield areas.

Responsibilities

Set up and tear down onsite and offsite events including inflatables, tents, tables, games, signage, and other equipment.
Supervise event equipment and activity areas to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Assist with club cleaning, organization, and light maintenance.
