About The Position
This entry-level position provides onsite assistance to guests attending concerts, sports, conferences, or entertainment events. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position. A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet attendees and provide directions
