About The Position
This entry-level, on-site hospitality role provides assistance to guests attending concerts, sports, conferences, and entertainment events. The position involves regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers and is not remote. A typical shift includes greeting attendees, offering directions, assisting with seating, entry, ticketing questions, and venue policies, resolving routine guest concerns, and supporting safe, organized guest flow before, during, and after events. A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but training may be provided for entry-level hires.
