As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Events Associate Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. Interns will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working directly with our teams, not for them. Our interns will also spend the summer working on a project, which will be presented to a panel of company executives at the end of the program. Details of the project and final presentation will be shared at the start of the internship.
Requirements
- A rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a college or university
- Majoring in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Available to work full-time (35–40 hours per week) during the summer internship program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

- familiarity with event or project management tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the Events and Marketing teams in the planning and execution of client-facing and internal events (pre-event, onsite, and post-event)
- Assist with event logistics including venue coordination, vendor communication, registration management, and material preparation
- Track event timelines, deliverables, and budgets using project management tools
- Help coordinate attendee communications, invitations, and follow-ups
- Provide onsite support at events, including setup, check-in, and troubleshooting
- Assist with post-event reporting, including data collection, attendee insights, and performance summaries
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution
