Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic event management software.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating event logistics including venue setup, catering, and equipment rental.
Support event managers in creating and maintaining project timelines and schedules.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm arrangements and deliveries.
Help manage attendee registration and provide assistance during events.
Prepare event materials such as signage, name badges, and informational packets.
Conduct research on potential venues, suppliers, and service providers.
