About The Position

The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality experiences.

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment
  • Help prepare event materials, presentations, and documentation
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
  • Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting
