Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. As an Events Assistant, you will collaborate closely with senior event coordinators to support the seamless delivery of a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and community events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support the creation and distribution of event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
• Manage event registrations and respond to attendee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Help with logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site support during events.
