This is a volunteer position compensated by discounted rent for living onsite at the community. The Coordinator of Senior Adult Services will be responsible for executing the service plan of Apartment Life, working with their supervisor to prepare a monthly schedule to serve through events and programming. Programming includes hosting events and resident activities for Senior Adults (55+), welcoming new residents, and acts of care. This role requires serving 15-18 hours per week, with many communities requiring daytime/weekday hours. The role is specifically for a Senior Adult location in the Cedar Hill area and is intended for individuals who are not necessarily in the 55+ age group but are in a similar life stage with a heart to connect and serve this demographic. Coordinators with children or minor dependents living at home are not eligible due to life stage restrictions, and occupants cannot be minors under 35 years old.
