Events and Ministry Coordinators are responsible for creating and delivering an excellent Apartment Life (AL) experience for residents and staff within an apartment community. This role requires a passion for the AL vision and mission, combined with the skill to plan consistently excellent and engaging events, provide exceptional personal communication, and offer genuine care and hospitality. The goal is to positively impact the community and the lives of apartment residents. The organization seeks mission-minded, highly relational, and responsible coordinators who enjoy meeting new people, planning social activities, and helping people experience God's unconditional love. Coordinators will engage in "business as a ministry" by blending business excellence with loving their neighbors.
