About The Position

Lifestyle Group is a fast-growing hospitality group in Malta, known for its iconic and diverse restaurant brands, some of which are recognized by the Michelin Guide. The group is expanding its portfolio with internationally celebrated concepts like Bagatelle, Paradiso, and Tatel, along with a high-end Korean BBQ concept and more to be revealed. This role supports the growth of private dining, corporate events, and group bookings across their venues. The Events Admin Coordinator will support the planning and sales of private events, working closely with marketing and operations teams to manage inquiries, coordinate bookings, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from inquiry to execution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident dealing with clients and managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Events Manager, ensuring the efficient management of event enquiries and bookings.
  • Manage incoming event enquiries, maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems accordingly.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other event-related documentation as directed by the Events Manager.
  • Coordinate event logistics with operational departments to ensure all requirements are communicated accurately.
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information, confirmations, and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, venue inspections, and event planning activities.
  • Maintain organized event files, calendars, and booking schedules.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to support the successful delivery of events.
  • Attend fairs and onsite events when required to provide administrative and operational support.
  • Work evenings and weekends based on business requirements and event schedules.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties related to the Events function as assigned.
