About The Position

Beets Hospitality Group, a family-owned hospitality company operating Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery and The Palm Event Center, is seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to assist in preparing their event venues for weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations. This essential, hands-on, behind-the-scenes role involves setting up rooms, moving furniture and equipment, and ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready to facilitate smooth event execution.

• Set up beautiful event spaces according to event plans
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and other equipment
• Make sure every detail is clean, polished, and event-ready

• Work closely with our event team to help each celebration run smoothly
