About The Position

Join a high-impact team focused on delivering industry-leading, experience-led events that drive commercial and reputational outcomes. As an Event Technology Project Manager, you'll play a key role in transforming the event experience through innovative technology solutions across the entire event lifecycle. Working closely with Global Event Marketing stakeholders, you will guide event technology strategy, execute digital event solutions, and deliver exceptional attendee experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology-minded events professional who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple projects, and bringing events to life.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of event management and/or event technology experience within a corporate environment.
  • Proven on-site event support experience.
  • Experience leveraging technology to improve event planning and attendee experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of Cvent; Cvent certification preferred.
  • Experience managing event mobile applications, registration systems, and event analytics.
  • Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions.
  • Client-centric, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak event periods.
  • Ability to work in-office as required for business and event needs.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage and execute mobile app builds utilizing Cvent Attendee Hub and implement new functionality enhancements.
  • Execute event technology solutions on-site, including registration, badge printing, mobile applications, seating assignments, and attendee logistics.
  • Manage event analytics, post-event feedback surveys, registration reporting, and event technology metrics.
  • Train internal users on event technology platforms and maintain supporting documentation and reference materials.
  • Support onboarding of new technologies, custom integrations, and digital event solutions.
  • Partner with event managers to recommend event technology best practices and strategic solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging event technologies and implement innovative ideas to enhance capabilities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • Travel and support events on-site as required during peak event periods.
