About The Position

Dark Staffing Events is seeking experienced, organized, and proactive Event Supervisors to lead teams at an exciting Pokémon event in San Francisco. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring staff are supported, operations run smoothly, and guests receive an exceptional experience throughout the event.

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising event staff, brand ambassadors, or hospitality teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Brand Ambassadors throughout the event
• Conduct staff check-in, attendance, and daily assignments
• Serve as the primary point of contact between event staff and management
• Monitor ticket scanning, guest services, activations, ushering, and crowd flow operations
• Provide real-time coaching and resolve staff or guest concerns professionally
• Ensure all team members are in proper uniform, on time, and performing assigned duties
• Assist with break schedules, shift coverage, and operational adjustments as needed
• Maintain clear communication with event leadership and submit updates throughout the day
• Support overall event operations and help ensure a seamless guest experience
