Requirements

  • 5+ years of event sales experience in upscale, fine-dining event spaces is preferred
  • A real passion for hospitality and the art of the event.
  • Comfortable with event software (Tripleseat is a big plus) and MS Office.
  • Warm, polished, and personable demeanor.
  • Sharp time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Gift for building relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and independently.
  • Strong work ethic.

  • Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays — Wednesday through Sunday availability is a must.
  • Experience with brides and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with couples and clients, listen closely, and gather every detail that makes their day theirs.
  • Showcase venue spaces effectively to clients.
  • Design and produce events from start to finish, including vision, timeline, and details.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and anticipate their needs.
  • Research, quote, and close sales with confidence and care.
  • Partner with vendors and lead the event team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage the event day, ensuring seamlessness and punctuality.
  • Follow up with clients after appointments and events.
  • Adapt to changes, guest requests, and the dynamic nature of celebrations.
