Requirements

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or event coordination preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-store events and special celebrations
Greet and engage customers with a warm, welcoming attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Support cake decorating, packaging, and presentation for events and large orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Process customer orders and transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory management
Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and customer satisfaction standards
