About The Position

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring part-time Event Staff for college football events in Laramie, with opportunities at college sporting events, concerts, and entertainment venues. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
May be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
Must be professional, articulate, and able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of event-day preparation and execution.
Allow appropriate entry into venues; collect or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic entering and leaving the venue.
Understand and follow the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
Greet guests in a friendly and personal manner and thank them at the end of the interaction.
Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
Help ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.
Use a natural speaking voice, friendly tone, and appropriate communication when interacting with guests.
