About The Position

Event Staff are responsible for executing high-quality, organized, and safe event experiences across a variety of venues and client environments. This role supports event setup, guest engagement, and operations.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check and random drug screens, that include marijuana in all forms.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents, instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred but not required.
• Experience working as event staff preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event spaces according to layout plans and timelines.
• Load, unload, move, and arrange equipment such as tables, chairs, staging, tents, barricades, lighting, signage, and décor.
• Assist with basic assembly and disassembly of event structures and equipment.
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after events.
• Follow instructions from event leads, supervisors, or production managers.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper lifting techniques.
• Provide on-site support during events as needed (repositioning equipment, quick resets, etc.).
• Report damaged equipment or safety concerns promptly.
